• We have a special section called Rockhound Alley for all the Rock & Crystal Vendors.

• Preference is given to hand made & artisan items.

• 3-D printed items are not permitted.

• Art created with AI will not be permitted.

• If you are an artisan vendor and can host a class or can hold demonstrations during the event, we will reduce your booth space fee. Please contact us and talk with us about this.

• Food vendors also apply here.

• Once you are confirmed as a vendor you will be given a password to the main vendor page where we list a full set of guidelines, setup times and any other information the develops between now and festival times. DO NOT LOSE THIS PASSWORD as the page it grants you access to is the ONLY way we will communicate with vendors after this initial acceptance.
