Ticket-Pre Sales

​Put your printed receipt in a safe place because you MUST present your receipt to enter the event.

We do not mail tickets; your receipt is your ticket.

**Please remember: This is a renaissance festival, not a fantasy festival. While we aren't going to be picky about renaissance garb, items such as Star Wars, Furry, Cosplay, Anime, etc. will not be permitted in the festival. While we don't have anything against anyone that likes to dress up like this, it ruins the atmosphere when you're watching knights in armor battle sitting next to Naruto.  We appreciate your understanding!

WHAT DOES "SOLD OUT" TICKETS MEAN?

It means there are no more tickets available for sale online or at the gate. Only those with a ticket already in hand can enter the event.

SO I CAN'T GET TICKETS AT THE GATE THE DAY OF?

No, if the event is sold out there will be no more tickets available online or at the front gate.

SHOULD I CALL THE BOX OFFICE JUST IN CASE YOU HAD SOME TICKETS SET ASIDE?

No, if the event is sold out there will be no more tickets available online or at the front gate. We don't set any tickets aside or reserve any tickets.

CAN YOU LET ME IN ANYWAY? I CAME FROM A LONG WAYS AWAY. I DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS SOLD OUT ALREADY. I'M HERE WITH A BIG GROUP OF FRIENDS. IT'S MY BIRTHDAY. THIS IS A SPECIAL OCCASION.

No, if the event is SOLD OUT, there won't even be staff in the box office to sell tickets. There are no exceptions to a sold-out event.
