Put your printed receipt in a safe place because you MUST present your receipt to enter the event.
We do not mail tickets; your receipt is your ticket.

WHAT DOES "SOLD OUT" TICKETS MEAN?
It means there are no more tickets available for sale online or at the gate. Only those with a ticket already in hand can enter the event.
SO I CAN'T GET TICKETS AT THE GATE THE DAY OF?
No, if the event is sold out there will be no more tickets available online or at the front gate.
SHOULD I CALL THE BOX OFFICE JUST IN CASE YOU HAD SOME TICKETS SET ASIDE?
No, if the event is sold out there will be no more tickets available online or at the front gate. We don't set any tickets aside or reserve any tickets.

No, if the event is SOLD OUT, there won't even be staff in the box office to sell tickets. There are no exceptions to a sold-out event.

Friendly reminder: NO pets are permitted at the festival.

This event will occur rain or shine, however, in the event of dangerous weather, we may have to close or close early.

Ticket must be used for the day you bought them for. They cannot be traded for a different day.

Refunds will not be given for a rain day, so please adjust your clothing and come to enjoy the festival. Vendors and entertainers work hard to make the event enjoyable even if it's raining/snowing.

Only because we have been asked numerous times, for those of you that have never been to a renaissance festival, you do NOT need to dress up in order to attend. You can come in normal clothes and most people do not dress up that attend!
